Flexible Hose Conveyor-Introduction
The KZT series flexible hose conveyor is a new generation of material handling equipment designed and manufactured by Shandong Karanze Machinery Co., Ltd. It utilizes an auger-based spiral feeding mechanism, featuring a reinforced Oxford-fabric hose and an internal spiral auger. Driven by a motor, the auger rotates to propel material—drawn in through the inlet—along the helical path of the blades until it is discharged at the outlet.

Compared to traditional conveying equipment, the flexible hose conveyor offers superior flexibility and adaptability. Its auger design handles low-viscosity powders and granular materials effectively, while the enclosed conveying process minimizes dust leakage. The reinforced Oxford hose is wear-resistant and age-resistant, making it suitable for use in demanding environments. The equipment is ideal for applications such as loading grain on farms, transferring sand and gravel at construction sites, and handling powdered materials in factories; it is particularly well-suited for operations in confined spaces or environments requiring frequent equipment relocation. Custom designs are also available to meet specialized needs, such as coal ash extraction and cement conveying.
